We've been doing lots of fun things in ESL this month! I hope you've had the chance to fill out the weather chart with your child; we will be discussing the results today.
Last week we talked about several different ways to measure the weather: thermometers, rain gauges, and wind vanes. We actually made our own models of those instruments! Here are some photos of our homemade rain gauges, which have been sitting outside catching rain for a few days. It's been lots of fun!

This week, ask your child to name the different weather instruments. Maybe even make one to keep at your house or find a real one at a store! We are becoming good meteorologists and using our tools.
